I had a really bad experience after purchasing the voucher on the Groupon Website for a holiday to Mallorca. I tried to book the dates for my holiday on KPX online form as instructed on Groupon. The form was not updated and showing available dates of 2013. I phoned the KPX office explaining that their form were not up to date, we are in 2014 and the calendar on the form was showing 2013. “Rubbish company”

I tried to book a holiday with groupon vouchers. Within a very short time KPX were on the phone for details of my requirements. The flight to Istanbul arrived at 19.10pm then 2hour wait for another flight arriving at 23.45pm followed by a 2 hour coach journey I refused and was told the option was to pay a further £220 for a direct flight.Stupidly I did this,then a further £55 for a suitcase!After booking the flight I was told that the offered hotel was full in 9 months time. Yes It's me again and it's now 29/4/14 and the matter is not resolved .The holiday was confirmed 22days after my money was paid. However I tried to cancel the holiday at the time of booking because KPX did not provide the hotel as advertised and direct flights(as advertised) . KPX refused to cancel. I am not looking forward to the holiday and fear I will be left stranded in Turkey as I am sure things will go wrong. Already the return flight time has been re-scheduled to arrive back in Gatwick at 1.35am. I have liased with Groupon on a daily basis over all this but it is KPX that are at fault.They have caused a stressful 4 months and many sleepless nights The holiday advertised at £299 each now totals £872

I purchased a holiday on Wowcher (who were great) but unfortunately the company to sort out the travel and accommodation was KPX Travel. Their communication was limited and not professional in any way, shape or form! Firstly they tried to book myself and my partner into a hotel that was not advertised with the deal. Didn't even get around to booking holiday. Paid £300 on a groupon site for 2 nights in Prague in a good hotel with flights from bristol. Phoned KPX Travel to confirm booking. Was told no availability on chosen date. Offered alternative date but no availability at advertised hotel - offered different hotel. “Hounding and badgering for a sale!!!!”

Hounded with telephone calls (over 30 in the last 2 hours) after speaking to a customer adviser - Riz - regarding a holiday booking. I am still receiving telephone calls at 21.45. I advised if I wanted to go ahead with the holiday, I would call back - I do not expect this amount of phone calls to my mobile and landline repeatedly throughout the day just so this person can make a sale and possibly gain some commission. I always try not to write negatives reviews, but my experience with this company is just far below any expectation. I have bought a 2 groupon vouchers for a Amsterdam trip, with travel in may. “Drop you after you've given them your money”

So our experience with KPX was fine, our hotel was nice (although there was no free wifi like we were told) the northern lights was beautiful etc etc. until we had to return home. “Hidden Costs with Groupon”

When we tried to book and were told that we could only get flights arriving at midnight on the first night and leaving at 6 in the morning on the last day, so we wouldn't get any full nights at the Hotel, and would only get 1 day in Berlin. Can I just say that you need to write to ABTA to excalate this and I understand that Groupon are refunding your origional amount to you. They are part of the ABTA regulation so cannot take money from you without permission. THis is illegal along with getting fined from ABTA for this so I don't think they would do this. We had a bad experience but not as bad as this. As there telephone conversations are recorded send a Suject Access Request for £10 and they need to supply this within 40 days otherwise you can get the Information Commission (Freedom of Information Act) to enforce it without any cost to you or you needing to go to court. This would provide you with enough information to take them to a small claims court for the extra money you paid. There si no doubt you would get this back. Also excalate the complaint to the freedom travel group.

“Complete disaster company”
