Fantastic Service And Best Experience Ever!

Salam all,
First of all, I would like to thank Jilania Travel for the excellent service, throughout the whole booking process.
From the very beginning to the very end, the whole Jilania team made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Their online service and access is fantastic. Not only was I able to contact them via phone, but I was also able to check updates for my booking, by logging into my account online with the added chat service available at all hours.
I also had the further privilege of, Bilal, my travel consultant dropping my passports off to my house, saving me the trouble in traveling to the office to pick it up.
He has been absolutely great with everything, thank you :)
Not only that, but as soon as I came back from my trip, I received a welcome phone call from Jilania travel (checking to see how we got on) which was very kind and thoughtful.
I genuinely do not have a bad word to say about Jilania Travel, but I have noticed there are a few, not so pleasant reviews written, compared to the majority being excellent reviews.
After reading the few of the unpleasant reviews, I found it very upsetting. The reason for this is, we as Muslims need to understand when going for Umrah, we are not going for a luxury holiday but for a spiritual journey to worship Allah (SWT)
Therefore, you should count yourself lucky for being given the chance by Allah (SWT) to visit his house, as there are many people out there, who are yearning to go, but not have been very lucky as you.
We all need to understand that, not everything will meet our expectations.
Problems with hotel, transport etc... these slight setbacks are bound to happen in a busy and crowded place like Makkah and Medina.
As we all are aware, life is not perfect, therefore we should aim to not have high expectations.
We also need to understand the agency that organises the package for us, will aim to do the best they can do, but whatever happens there, is not in their hands and they will obviously try their best to help us when we are in a tricky situation.
We all just need to have faith in Allah (SWT) to make our journey easy for us.
But all in all, I had a wonderful experience, there were slight hitches here and there in Saudi Arabia, but this was overridden by the wonderful feeling of being in the house of Allah (SWT).
