“Very poor service”

Had very very bad experience with jilania travels
Will not recommend anyone to book umrah or Hajj with them.
You will be Promised first class service but won't even get a third class.
Their agents here in the uk and in saudia are full of excuses . They make mistakes and blame each other rather then helping you out
They will charge you for five star and cut corner by booking you in a three star at the last minute

Please note they will not answer your phone once taken your money

I m definitely a customer of jilania travels
When I booked my umrah I clearly mentioned to Bilal that I want a hassle free umra as I was travelling with 2 elderly ladies one disabled person with learning difficulties and a baby of 4 months old along with a child
Despite of my request my hotel was not confirmed 
I had to change 3 hotels in 7 days in Makkah.
First night was in a 0 star hotel (we compromised)
Second  was 3 star hotel which should have been booked for the rest of 6 nights
we were forced to check out by hotel stagf as the hotel was only booked for 5 nights.
Finally we were taken to the third hotel which was a 4 star for the last night.
I tried contacting bilal on several occasions with no luck. I visited leyton office myself along with my husband to see bilal
We were told Bilal was on holidays and met Tamim who was very rude, he used foul language and asked us to leave his office. The language was so inappropriate that I feel ashamed writing it on your website.( please note Tamim also run his own company called Ahmad tours)
We were advised bilal has already arranged a refund package along with an apology and we will be contacted once he is back.
We have made several phone calls and sent several emails BUT still waiting a response
I know Bilal is back from holidays and  reading this review as Tamim told us that jilania travel is one man based company. 
I waited nearly 2 months for Jilania Travels to contact me  regarding my formal complaint before i wrote any review on any website.
Bilal mistakenly rang us back last week and put the phone down once realised he was talking to me .

I can understand people make mistakes but blaming on different people within your company is not my problem( as in this case Bilal blaming Tamim as Tamim arranges all the bookings and Tamim blaming Bilal as Bilal was confused about our travel dates)
Plus cutting corner to save you money where you have charged us for a 4/5 star service isn't acceptable. 
 if you guys don't  treat every customer like this and made a genuine mistake by not confirming a hotel for us for 7 nights then why ignoring our emails and phone calls.
I will still wait jilania travels to respond to my formal complaint.
