Jetline sold a holiday to us via Secret Escapes, then demanded a surcharge of £700 to cover flight costs, and then pushed us to change our dates - all this after the booking was confirmed.
It became quickly apparent that Jetline didn't have a holiday to sell and once the booking was made and paid for, they were desperately scrabbling to piece this holiday together.
The original holiday price was an error on their part, hence the huge surcharge, and they moved our dates and flights for their convenience and costs.
Asked for an itemised invoice breaking down all the costs, which they refused to supply and rather indicated that they had something to hide, namely the costs.
Staff appear and sound to be non-European and very untrustworthy.
