“Terrible Service”

I haven't even been on holiday with them yet, and I still think they are awful. Would love to cancel but cannot afford to lose ALL of my money.
We are going to Crete in October and booked in January. After being overcharged a total of £30 on the holiday, my own fault!, I decided just grin and bear it.
Then I rang them to see how much they would charge me if I changed the hotel. I used their booking company to get the cost and knew it was the same price so I would just have to pay admin charge...which was £169 per person. I told them this was totally unreasonable and isn't there any way they could reduce this. No...TOUGH! Brilliant. Am not looking forward to this holiday now and cannot believe that this company still operate. I will now try everything to spread the word!
