when I phoned to ring to correct some errors jetline cruises made when taking my booking, I was told I may have to pay to correct them:( the woman I spoke to an advisor was so so very rude to me! I have made a written complaint. She told me I was very rude for interrupting her when speaking to her:( I have never been treated so badly..and hope I never treated with so little respect again.
