I BOOKED A HOLIDAY WITH JETLINE TRAVEL IN AUGUST I SAW THE DEAL ON TELETEXT HOLIDAYS THE HOTEL SAID 4* ALL INCLUSIVE. WHEN WE ARRIVED TO OUR HOTEL IT WAS A 3*, IT ALSO INDICATED THAT THE ALL INCLUSIVE STARTED FROM 12NOON UNTIL 12MIDNIGHT & IT STARTED AT 12 NOON BUT FINISHED AT 10:30PM. THEY ALSO INDICATED THAT ALL SOFT DRINKS, SPIRITS & COCKTAILS WERE INCLUDED IN ALL INCLUSIVE BUT IT WAS ONLY 3 SPIRITS & SOFT DRINKS INCLUDED YOU HAD TO PAY EXTRA IF YOU WANTED COCKTAILS! I GOT FOOD POISIONING FOR 3 DAYS WHICH WAS LED TO UNCOOKED CHICKEN IN THE HOTEL & WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE PROVIDED FROM THE MANAGMENT TEAM IN THE HOTEL & WOULD LIKE SOME COMPENSATION BACK FROM THIS PLEASE!!
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE
