Having booked a holiday in Majorca with Jetline Travel, when the documentation came through the information was inaccurate. I have tried to contact Customer Services but after holding on at the end of a phone line for 50 mins I gave up.( This is a premium rate number) I called other numbers which are for Jetline but they refused to connect me to Customer Services, except one who put me onto a music loop that again I listened to for 30 mins with no reply.
I then sent e-mails to them and to date have had no response.
All I can do at the moment is keep trying before reporting the affair to the local Trading Standards Dept. who may have other complaints about them and may be able to do something about them - like shut them down or take them to court.
