I previously booked a holiday through this company, I was called 10 minutes later to say the holiday I had already paid for was gone so could I pay an extra £40 pp to get the same holiday with another provider. I agreed, silly me. Cut a long story short the holiday was cancelled not long after due to the provider going in to administration, Jetline were absolutely no help what so ever and I got most of my info on how to claim my money back through ABTA. So fast forward a year and I again was looking for a holiday and stumbled on a great deal so called the tel number and the alarm bells started ringing when I was put through to a call centre somewhere in a far away place not that I would have minded IF the person understood me, after 10minutes on the phone of trying to get information I gave up. I have just checked Icelolly website and low and behold...its a jetline holiday! Thank god I didnt book that one! Getting a cheaper deal isnt worth the hassle in the long run!
