What a waste of money & Time very very bad customer services

Me and 3 friends booked an holiday through this company to spain, we got a good price for the holiday so agreed and booked without reading reviews of the company - very bad mistake....
Anyway last week i received a letter saying i owed money??? so i rung the company and they had charged me a card charge, but id paid by debit card i couldnt understand why they thought i owed them this, i asked for a break down in price , the women who could barley understand me or speak english herself gave me a break down of the price so i owed a £12 card charge but not just me all the passengers ??? we only used one card then there was a further amount which she couldnt tell me why she had charged me this but i had to pay it, so i asked to speak with a manager after been on hold for over 40 mins i finally got through to a man, again who spoke very poor english who told me he was the manager, he spoke to me very rude i tried to tell him the calculation i had got and that the total i owed was wrong his reply was "Ma'am u obv have done the calculation wrong" (I am a accountant i dont think so, so at this point i asked for his name which he refused to give me , which then made me suspect he was not the manager at all!!! I was so angry at this point and upset i asked to speak with the director of the company, the guy then put me on hold and cut me off!!! So i came on here looking at the reviews and when i read that people are getting to there holiday destination and not getting hotels i was worried. The other girls tried calling the company themselves and was getting the same customer service as me very very poor speaking to us like rubbish!!! Please Please stay well away from this company they will have you in tears , we have now all lost our money and are not going on holiday this year due to this company!!!
