I found Jetnsave online. Seeing they were based in the states was no problem for me being that i grew up there. within a few short hours after sending in my request i was contacted by a gentleman. He did a great job in finding me my trip from Hong Kong in First class for less then what i have paid in the past for business. I was very impressed with the booking department as well. I was a bit skeptical since this was my first time using JetnSave. My agent (Shanna) was friendly and very helpful. She was quick to respond to any of my questions and concerns. The tickets that I purchased were much cheaper than what was found by any of their competitors. Would recommend using this service and I plan to use it in the future! (read more)

I must admit, it all seemed too good to be true. So, I grilled Josh and his manager before booking. After that,the whole experience was everything I could have hoped for. Even when family problems threatened to derail all our plans, Josh was attentive and helpful. Fortunately everything worked out and we had the holiday of a lifetime. Shanna is a very good, reliable and friendly person. I have had several questions and changes in my schedule, and she always reacted promptly and friendly to those. She organized a great flight schedule, better than I imagined. I thought the flights would take a lot longer, and she was even able to organize business class on all connecting flights. I have used JetnSave for the first time my agent's Name was Shanna. Shanna just did everything she possibly could do to please me and I never had to wait long to get a quick response from here. She tried so hard to find the best deal for me and never let loose although in my case it was a very difficult task since I was not flexible on the flights at all.
