I would like to know why Jet2 charge a £10 postage fee for posting document's out even though I provided them with 2 e-mail addresses which are both receiving and sending e-mail's,I think this company are doing this to profit their selves, as sure we the customer have no proof they even tried to send them so I would advise anyone booking with JET2 to be very careful
