I have just returned from a much needed holiday.Myself and two adult daughters booked flight and hotel half board with jet2 at the Hotel Globales Sumba Borneo in Cala Millor Mallorca. On arrival on sunday 16/06/13 at around midday we discovered the the hotel was full there was no room available for us and one other couple.They arranged for us to go to another Hotel in another resort for sunday and to return after breakfast on Monday.They upgraded our board basis to all inclusive after much debate but this was very upsetting I do not like all inclusive food or drink. The twin room that they advertise as suitable for three alults is by far to small and the beds were only suitable for childern.So my much need holiday left me very disappionted and very tired I paid nearly £2000 for this holiday and feel very unhappy.We lost the first 24 hours off our holiday going back and forward and did not have the restfully holiday we had planned.

This happened to myself and husband on our recent trip, we arrived at 22.30 to be advised that the hotel was fully booked, we were sent to another hotel for 2 nights and told to return 2 days later at 10 in the morning and our room would be ready. We arrived at 10:30 and they said we would have to wait until 1pm as they had a flight coming in and after all the rooms were allocated they would find us a room. So angry about the way it was handled and a email of complaint has gone to Jet 2.
