Do you know that if you have an issue in resort with your Jet2 holiday, that your rep. though apologetic won't be able to help you.
Did you know that Jet2 holidays customer services don't have a telephone line, so if you have a problem in resort you can't call them! When you email or write you get a computer generated reply sayin that they'll get back to you in 28 days, but in 28 days they'll just send another reply saying that they are looking into in. The in 28 days, if they haven't shaken you off they'll send another. and maybe another...
In the end they did offer £30pp off our next Jet2 holiday, but lets be honest, I wouldn't trust Jet2 with something so important as our family holidays.
The Holiday info. in the advert was not what we actually found in resort. The rep did nothing, the manager made promises and didn't deliver on these and Customer services were evasive, - you can't call them, you can't meet with them, its either mail or email, and they don't get back to you.
We went on 1st July, its now mid Oct. and they still haven't reached a resolution. Its poor.
if your family holidays are important to you, then I'd think long and hard before booking with Jet2.
