We arrived in Ibiza on 12th SEP 20011 to find no transfer buses to take us to our Hotel Coral Beach due to a strike (not jet2 fault) so had to get a taxi 40euros I paid the transfer cost to jet2
When we arrived at the hotel it had been overbooked so we where carted off to another hotel until 16:00 hours the next day in affect losing 2 days of our holiday.
when we finally got to the hotel I paid for (all inclusive) the food for the best part was really bad (not jet2s fault) we had to eat out, the breakfast was fine.
I have been in touch with jet2 and they did reply and are looking into it for me.
Honestly most of the problems where not jet2s fault so I'm waiting to see if they do resolve the problem.
In the mean time depending on them resolving my problem I have been looking at holidays in Cyprus anyone got any INFO on any problems there ?
All the rest of the service by jet2 where fine. so fingers crossed.
