I don't really spend my time on reviews but this website worth it! I had to cancel my booking due to unfortunate event and even though I was already within the cancellation fee period the customer service explained the situation to the hotel and they waived the fees. I really appreciated this! I will absolutely going to use this website again, no doubt about it. also the prices were great (this is why I got to there in the first place) - I found the hotel I was looking for in a price that couldn't find elsewhere.
