I have just phoned Inghams to book the Glacier Express 3 Centre Holiday. I had to wait and wait on the phone while the operator checked details then was asked to wait some more with the person on the other end saying she had a lot of people waiting. Why could the offer not be made to phone me back? I had been about to spend over £3,000 on a holiday and had expected better from this Company.
