Do not ever, book with these people. They will only like you if you are booking with them. They add on all extra charges on your holiday and make it out as if they are do you a favour. If you need to get hold of them, you be waiting a long time. Their sales teams is open till 10pm however the customer service is only open to 5pm, ( not practicable if there is a emergency). They by far have the RUDEST consultants ever. I had one person shout at me and cut me off. When I tried to ring back another consultant called Aaron did the same thing. They have no complaints procedure, their calls are not listened into, and not regulated by anyone (according to them).
DO NOT BOOK with this company, you are setting yourself up for failure. Stay well away!!!
They don't deserve any stars!!
