I had booked several times with Iglu in the past and had no complaints. Last year I tried to book a Cunard cruise with them and I was interested in a couple of potential cruises and asked the operator to check several prices in different category rooms. He was fine initially and very friendly. He eventually said 'Are you making a booking or not,I have wasted a lot of time on this call and I am busy'. I said I was intending to make a booking but I had now changed my mind, I stated I was shocked at his attitude. I then rang Cunard and booked direct. I rang Iglu back and spoke with the supervisor who was apologetic and took my details saying they would listen to the recordings. I heard nothing else, not even an e mail even though I asked to be kept informed. I thought I was a valued customer. If I spoke to my patients like that I would get the sack ( I am a nurse). I would not use them again.
