I have tried to use my Housetrip Night in a reservation and, using an Ipad, I couldn't do this automatically as it was indicated. Simply there was no button one could use in order to use this benefit.
I wrote a complaint through their system but I only get automated replies.
I have used for a long time this service, but I think that this my last time. I could have made my booking through other platforms, but I did it through Housetrip because I had had good experiences. am so disappointed of the way this Customer Service works that I would not recommend this service anymore.
