It was our first experience with House Trip and we rent three apartments with them during our stay in Italy: Venice, Florence and Rome.

The entire process was simple and we felt safe about the quality of the apartments. We were also very impressed by the House Trip application I downloaded on my phone! It was very easy during our stay in Italy to contact the owners and to have access to maps and other useful information.

Everything was smooth and the apartments corresponded perfectly with the descriptions and the pictures on the website and locations were really GREAT!

This experience changed the way we will travel in the future and we are not sure if we will use hotel anymore!
