I like that your company does not pay the owner until after a first night's stay. It provides security that the property actually exists and that it has not been misrepresented. I also liked the reminders to us to communicate with the property owner a few days prior to our arrival. This insures proper planning for gaining access to the property upon arrival.

One problem. Communicating with the owner through your web site did not appear to work. This could definitely have been user error on my part but it is what I experienced.
