Finding interesting and well described properties was a huge gift when planning this journey to italy. Clear methods of booking and access to communicating with property owners was excellent. How the website is setup is easy to navigate and plan your trip all in one spot. Great suggestions for side trips, sights and tours are well linked with the search engines and offer great ideas to inspire. Even when I was unclear about the suitability of one location all monies paid out for its booking were graciously transferred to another property found with in House Trip. Even with international time zone differences, planning was efficient, smooth and direct. Great assistance and clear documentation of requirements. Perhaps a clear spelling out of city taxes per person per night can be spelled out further, at least for Italy. Enjoy using this service.
