staying in a house from housetrip.com

I booked 2 properties. But, the 2 stays were completely different. In London, I had a terrible experience! The host wouldn't ever get back to me via email, and when I contacted the housetrip.com web site, it took quite a while to get a response. I finally had you call the host, and fortunately everything worked out okay. Additionally, when I did chat with an employee, they would give me a phone number to call then if I needed anything which is nice, but I don't want to call long distance and incur international fees. Also I complained about the apartment, and even saw a mouse, and when I contacted you to complain, the employee was not helpful at all. He even asked for a picture! How I supposed get a picture of a mouse? Needless to say, I was Very unhappy with that and the lack of help and support from you.

As for Dublin, it was fantastic. I contacted them several times, and they always answered very quickly and informatively. Check in was seamless, and the location was great too. The property was fantastic, and clean. It was very good and restored my faith in using your website.
