We had a problem to check out because the host didn't come in time we promised.
We made a few phone call and e-mail to the host and HouseTrip, but there's no answers. So we missed our airplane and had to pay extra money to fix next airplane. Just in case, I think we should have confirmed this kind of situation if we could leave the key inside of the room, but HouseTrip should provide the information to prevent this kind of situation.
