Housetrip was great in helping us when we had to suddenly move out of the booked apartment due to discovery of bed bugs in one of the bedroom. The owner was uncooperative and accused us of bringing in the bugs. Very rude -the family didn't even sleep in the room -as soon as we saw the bugs -they left in the middle of the night and booked themselves into a hotel. Housetrip was great in sorting the mess out and even got us a part refund.
