If you are not great on the commuter/internet(like me), you may find House Trip a bit baffling and lacking a personal touch. Although they did reply to queries, you felt you were talking to a computer and the website I found awkward. However, the flat we rented via House Trip was excellent and the payment procedure easy and reassuring. I'd have liked communication with a named person at the organisation instead of the strait jacket of passing comments through headings that did not match my concerns.
