The villa we stayed in was new to the market and did not have any reviews when we booked. The fact that the money is only release by House Trip to the host 24 hours after the start of the rental period gave us great peace of mind. In the event or worrioes were totally unfounded as everything went very smoothly and the host was on site to meet us when we arrived. It was also easy to communicate with the host and make other arrangements (such as a driver) before we arrived at the villa
