House trip charged us for the full trip including cleaning fee, but did not pass this fee on to owner. Sent email to housetrip a few days ago, as of yet waiting for response

However what I can say is that HouseTrip transfers payment to Hosts 48 hours after a Guest's scheduled check-in. This is our Modus Operandi and the only thing that would interrupt the process is if we receive a complaint from the Guest. If we do, we place a hold on the payment while we investigate. The payment will either be transferred after we have concluded the investigation, or we will use the payment to relocate or refund the Guest - depending on the outcome of the investigation.
