I liked the descriptions of the property especially giving details about proximity to metro stops & bus lines, sometimes even the floor plans, and of course, the reviews of previous clients were very, very helpful in making decisions about which property to book. I liked their confidentiality and communication arrangements provided between host and potential user as I felt secure knowing that everything was being monitored in case anything was out of order. The host rating system was also great and at least, in our case, the hostesses proved every bit as gracious and professional as was [presented on HouseTrip.

Of course such things really become vital when things go wrong with the booking, so that your systems can really be tested. In our case, everything went according to expectation and we remain very satisfied.
