Understand that there are policies - but they were TOTALLY unwilling to work with us when we had received the reservation through a raffle - They wanted DOUBLE the original cost (which had already been paid for) to change the date. Original cost $145 for one night. I called the hotel and they said they would be happy to work with hotelsone to change the date - hotelsone would not even call the hotel. Wanted a $147 penalty and then ANOTHER $112 to book for the night we wanted. Obviously did not do it. Would NEVER use them again.
