“awful holiday ”

just back from sharm 16 days for me and 10 for rest of family , what an awful holiday we had rude staff .........awful food ( lived on bread rolls and melon ) beach building site with diggers right behind bar that we were not informed about, rep was soo rude as we did not book any of or trips with him he refused to give any help and no breakfast boxes for us for early morning trips we went on !!! other sat with them ( who booked with him ) when questioned we were told to go away and shut up on… Read Full Review

I was wishing to cancel a booking as I was unable to no longer go. Trying to find a contact number was difficult and I kept being redirected to The Thomas Cook site. Eventually I managed to find a customer service email so I emailed, left all the details and awaited a response. There was none so I phoned their contact line. We went to turkey last June with Hotels4u with transfers. We had absolutely no problem with the company. We were even given the services of a rep when we were in the resort. We have booked again this year. Hope your holiday goes well - you always hear the bad news eh!!

Never again will I use hotels4U. We'd booked transfers to and from the hotel in Marakech. The return transfer never turned up. We had to flag down a taxi and almost missed our return flight. We booked a transfer with Hotels4u,through Travel Republic,from Reus airport to Hotel Princep in Cambrils, Spain. The flight landed at 16:10 local time & we had all boarded the transfer bus by 16:30 We then sat on a Jumbo Transfers bus at the airport for TWO AND A HALF HOURS waiting for another flight to land to pick up more passengers! Hi Adam,
The Travel Republic booking reference was TRN/3824611.
Travel Republic was acting on behalf of Transfers4u.
Jumbo Transfers provided the coach.
The coach had World Travel sign on it with e-mail address mbusgiovanni@terra.es
Coach number plate was 0716 BLD
I know all this info as,like I said,I was sat on the coach for two & a half at the airport with nothing to do.

“terrible transfer deal”

be aware that if you book your transfer together with your hotel- and the airline changes its schedule you will be charged EUR40- even its not your fault. it was easier for me to book another transfer with a proffesionel company which will change your schedule without fees. I recommend that you choose a transfer company like A2B, holidaytaxis or resorthoppa- which knows that changes occur and you can advise them without charges- then you dont waste your money or your time. “Nightmare”

Just back from 2 weeks in Sharm, booked through Hotel4u, what a nightmare, never again. They cancelled our second week in the hotel without notifying us. We only became aware when we were locked from our room. Hotels4u were very unhelpful (all they would say is - not out problem!) and the egyptian manager even started shouting at us and slammed down the phone. “You won't get what you've paid for!”

We booked a room in hotel in Sharm el Sheikh with Hotels4you. Paid almost £180 more for a room with sea view. We never got a room we paid for. It was total nightmare. We were shown 4 rooms, none of them with sea view and after 4 hours arrguing we were told that each hotel room is called Sea View room. I booked with Hotels4U last year. We stayed at The Majesty Club Tuana in Fethiye, Turkey. The whole booking proccess was simple & I have to admit they have a great website, but that is the only positive thing to say about this company. I never received the room type I had paid for. When searching to book a boys holiday to Ayia Napa I came across a great deal on hotels4u. I called them up and booked over the phone as i wanted to double check that a group of boys would be allowed. E-mailed the hotel directly on the day we left home to tell them we would be arriving late it was only then that the hotel told us they had no booking for us and that we were booked into another hotel. I had to cut my holiday short due to my wife falling at our hotel, the hotel and staff were very helpful and were prepared to refund the remaining days due to me. Unfortunately I had booked my stay through Hotels4U and the hotel advised me to contact them on my return and inform them that they would not be taking the payment so I could receive the refund. I had booked through this company to Egypt! i had booked two hotel one in hurghada another in Luxor and the prices where absolute excellent they are cheaper then Thomascook,Thomson,Travel Republic, and the transfers are also quiet cheap and reasonable. But booking early always gives you and Whooping Good amount of money saved! “Worst holiday company ever!!”

Worst company ever. I'd give them 0 stars if i could. Their customer services are terrible. The staff are rude, unhelpful and have a wonderful habit of blaming the customer for everything. i have to agree with the above review,we booked rooms with them in malta,the rooms and hotel was dirty and the facilities were not as described,they hide behind their terms and conditions,on complaining you wait ages for them to respond and when you do get a response they blame the customer,they are a rubbish company to deal with and i would not advise anyone to have dealings with them.
