Never again will I use hotels4U. We'd booked transfers to and from the hotel in Marakech. The return transfer never turned up. We had to flag down a taxi and almost missed our return flight. On returning to the UK Hotels4U ignored our complaints with no offer of a refund or the cost of the taxi.
