Customer service is horrible. very pushy when making the reservation, very unhelpful when trying to cancel or change a reservation. In addition, had several issues with the computer when cancelling. had to call back due to issues with their computers etc.
I also found the representative rude.
Save yourself a headache and call the hotel directly. You will be much better off and much happier in the end.
