I find using hotels.com a very easy experience and am book aroung 80 hotel nights each year through the site. Naturally I appreciate the extra nights this give me, allowing me to use these on a personal level.
However as I am booking so many nights, there are hotels which I prefer to stay at, which are not always on the hotels.com site, or sometimes were, but have gone.
Recently I tried using the 'contact us' by email, but the choices were limiting, and so I used the most appropriate option, to request whether a particular hotel could be added back on to your site. The automated reply did not answer my question, and I'm too busy to pick up the phone and hopefully end up speaking to the right contact
