Have booked with Hotels.com several times now for both city breaks and summer holidays and they deliver every time!
From the minute you log in everythings just so simple, easy to use website,honest reviews, and the best prices on the web!
The range of hotels is huge so whatever your budget they can sort you out.
Have had reason to amend my bookings but even then it was no hassle. I once requested the same room as a previous years booking when staying in Holland and they sorted that too!
Overall a great company to do business with and they look after their regular customers via the free nights scheme!
Would have no hesitation in reccomending Hotels.com
