Range of hotels, clarity of pricing, ease of paying (no need to queue for checkout if you haven't had any extras), 1 night free after 10 nights are all excellent. Details of the hotel on the website are generally accurate and sufficiently detailed for me to be able to make a decision.

No real issues with the service - my only recent problem was when a hotel had very limited availability and the website would not let me pay.

On a recent trip the booking had not come through to the hotel - within an hour of notifying hotels.com I had been refunded the charge on my credit card - great result
