I was looking for a hotel in Dublin to spend two nights in and found one to my taste on offer by Hotel Direct.

Their website and booking process was easy to use,I encountered no problems.

I received confirmation of payment and hotel booking by email and nearer to my departure date another email informing me that the hotel had been contacted and my reservation was confirmed again and that the hotel were looking forward to my time with them. The email gave me the name of the person they had received the notification from in the hotel which I found reassuring.
