I used this system to book a theatre visit for myself and my wife to celebrate her 70th birthday. It provided me with all the information I required and I was able to make my booking with complete confidence. Because our time in London was limited I relied on Hotel Direct to provide me with hotel and theatre tickets to be available at the venues which was particularly helpful...this they did very efficiently with no difficulties.
We had a wonderful time in London and will certainly use Hotel Direct again for future visits.
