Made booking online then had to phone to make a change to booking was adding a child to a booking of 6 adults. They phoned hotel direct... Got back to me within 5 minutes to confirm alteration. Very quick and simple would use hotels direct again. Booked quite a bit in advance so was worried there would be problem when we got to hotel but everything was fine. Very helpful when phoned to change booking. First time I have used them would definitely use hotels direct again also price we paid for hotel was cheapest online.
