This was my first experience with hotel direct. co. uk; none of our friends had ever used the service, but I decided to take a chance and used American Express to pay in case there would be a problem. At each step of the process Hotel Direct kept us well informed by e-mail and by phone of what was happening and even sent day-before reassurances, which I was not expecting. So, I'll definitely use your service again in the future. Well done.
