Very helpful

Call Hotels Direct a couple of times getting different prices for different hotels. Staff were very helpful and found this no problem. It was suggested to me a hotel that would suit my needs, and they were right. I booked 2 nights then later called and booked an extra night. They notified the hotel telling them it was 2 bookings for the same people making a total of 3 night stay. Keep up the good work.
The hotel I ended booking was a hidden secret hotel. The operator helped in making this choice. Once booked I was told the hotel chain and was happy with the choice.
I also booked an event with Hotels Direct. This was for the House of Parliament tour. Again this was booked with ease and added to the helpfulness of the staff as they told me details about the tour. This was also on a separate call.
Would I use Hotels Direct again. YES without doubt.
Would I recommend them. YES without a doubt.
