I found the selection of hotels fitted my requirements and offered good value, the only issue I found was that the names of the hotels do not match the actual name of the hotel, therefore its not until you actually book that you know exactly where you are staying. In this case it was called Marble Arch 4* on the site however once booked it came up as The Thistle Marble Arch. The only issue I had with this was that I like to know where I am staying and had I know it was the Thistle, I would have booked quicker instead of trying to work out where it was, it would have just saved time.
