I booked my London break on line and was telephoned the following day to say the the hotel I booked did not have the type of room I required. The young lady who made the call could not have been more helpful! Within minutes I was offered alternative accommodation, which turn out to be perfect. I cannot think of anything negative throughout my transaction, both online and telephone I received first class service, and will definitely use HotelDirect for future hotel bookings!
