When looking for a weekend break to London I carried out lots of research and came across hotel direct, a simple phone call stating my requirements and we were offered a selection of hotels that suited out needs. I particularly liked there being no pressure to book there and then. Staff we're knowledgable about the area and worked within our budget. The booking confirmation and directions arrived quickly and were easy to read with directions being easy to follow. I particularly liked the text reminder service. Overall a very positive booking experience.
