Hotel Direct provided the most competitive price for the hotel we wanted to stay at. The booking process was easy and swift and seemed to cover everything in one go. I would have awarded 5 stars but our subsequent request for a room with a view was not passed on to the hotel, which we only found out at check-in. However, the hotel offered a free upgrade so our holiday was not spoilt in any way.
