Was very confused on who to choose for my show/hotel package as there was so many to choose from! This site was so easy to view the show and what seats you wanted it made it a pleasure to book. I was a little worried about booking into the hotel and picking up the tickets - would it all be sorted. Would the hotel booking really be done? Would our tickets be there for us to collect? The usual worries, particularly as I'd never done this before. I didn't need to worry! The hotel was superb and were ready for us and yes our show tickets were there too :D Only had to print out my confirmations with the booking details and reference numbers and off we went! If I manage to do some more saving and get to do it all again I will definitely be using Hotel Direct again!
