Booking of hotels and use of website was relatively easy and information provided sufficient to select a hotel. Too many options and a lack of information on where we wished to stay did not help. Perhaps an overall map/information on areas close to key attractions might help.
We chose the option of a hidden gem which overall worked well, the other for an overnight stay as the numbers in our party had changed. Would have preferred to stay in same hotel despite change in numbers. The follow-up and confirmation of booking by email shortly before departure is to be commended. Receiving an email on sending feedback before we had left I did not like.
