It was the first timne that I had booked through Hotel Direct and I was very impressed. The website was very easy to use and I liked the idea that I could select the theatre seats. Everything was confirmed promptly and I felt very reassured. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive an e-mail two days before our stay to say that the hotel had been contacted to check that my booking was in order. To provide names of who made the call and who they spoke to, plus the time was brilliant.

I will certainly use Hotel Direct again.
