Have booked through Hotel Direct on a number of occasions? I think their website is excellent and very easy to navigate. I have never had a problem booking online. On the one occasion I needed to speak to someone it was to redeem a voucher I had earned from previous bookings. The member of staff I spoke to was very friendly and efficient.
I have recommended Hotel Direct to lots of people. I think they offer very good deals.
